Duathlon

This will be held at the end of Matarawa Road, near Kinleith. Stage One will include a mass run start (2km), Stage Two includes a 10km Road Bike, Stage Three includes another 2km run. Official cycle helmets must be warn. Drafting is not permitted. 30 second stand down applies if caught drafting. Bikes not supplied. One team member to compete per stage. This event must be shared.
